This past spring, I'd been feeling a bit stuck with some of my projects and I needed a creative outlet. Someone suggested that I write an ebook and I enjoyed playing around with the idea. As with many projects, what I thought I was making evolved along the way. What began as a simple e-book grew into more pages than I’d expected, and then—somehow—it wanted to be a workbook. And eventually, it only made sense for it to be printed as a "Permission to Dream: A Road Map to Your Destiny."
I can't say that I'm surprised because I've noticed that all creative projects seem to have a life of their own. They usually start with a thought that seems silly or fun. You start with the flicker of an idea, and as you move forward, it shifts and grows, sometimes in unexpected directions. It always seems to be a process—of uncovering, fits and starts, following, allowing, and sometimes even patiently waiting for where the work itself seems to lead.
This book is for anyone who feels like they could use a small push toward what is next. I’ve noticed that more often than not—whether professional, creative, or personal—all creative undertakings usually start with a dream...
